Article I — Purpose

Sanctum is a private society for men founded on the belief that meaningful connection requires trust, discretion, and presence.

In a world increasingly defined by digital interaction, Sanctum exists to cultivate real-world experiences among men who share a curiosity for deeper forms of connection.

Article II — Membership

Membership is extended selectively and stewarded by the Sanctum Council to preserve the integrity of the society.

The Council reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

Article III — Privacy

Privacy is foundational to Sanctum.

The identities, experiences, and conversations of members are protected by strict confidentiality. What happens within Sanctum remains within Sanctum.

Article IV — Governance

Sanctum is governed by the Sanctum Council — a group of senior members responsible for upholding the values and integrity of the society.

The Council has sole authority over membership decisions, event curation, and the ongoing direction of the society.

Article V — Conduct

All members are expected to uphold principles of discretion, respect, and personal responsibility — both within the society and beyond it.

Article VI — Chapter

The Founding Chapter of Sanctum is established in New York City, MMXXVI.
